Dear Snuggle Bug,
I have skipped a couple of months doing this, but
here goes your 11 mos letter. You continue to be the light of my life
(especially during this hard time)! You are always so happy and easy
going. You remind me so much of how your Poppy looked. Your mouth and
cheeks really resemble his and the way you look at me makes me think of
how he looked at me. That is very special! You continue to have a
streak of red in your hair but if you lift up the top layer, it is blond or "mousey
gray" as Emmie calls it. You are also starting to get curls just like
your brother and I love it! You are a healthy boy and good eater. You
will eat all fruits and vegetables and meats too. You are starting to
eat a few table foods like crackers, gold fish, etc. You love
everything about your big bro. He can always make you laugh and you are
more and more in tune with what he is doing. The ladies in the nursery
at church say you follow him around on Wed nights. You love bath
time...especially with your brother. Worthy always plays pirates in the
tub and when you get excited and splash, he says you are making waves
and a "storm". It is really cute to watch yall interact. You weigh a
healthy 22 lbs and you and Worthy can both wear a size 4 diaper. You have
started making more sounds lately. You can almost say uh oh, but it is
your own version of it. You deliberately call Mama and Dada now. You
also shake your head no alot. You crawl over to Dharma's bowl and look back at me and shake your head no. You love playing in the kitchen and when I open the fridge door, you quickly crawl to it, stand up and hold onto the shelves and smile. You have six teeth and I think you are working on some more. You like cheese puffs or crackers for snack and you can drink water from a sippy cup. I dont think it will be long before you start walking. You took one step this week. You can get around a room really well by crawling, pulling up and cruising. You even love to stand in the tub, which makes Mommy nervous! You have the most beautiful blue eyes and that and your hair is what you get the most compliments on. We are beginning to get everything ready for your 1st bday.....where did the year go?! You have def been our blessing is this storm of a year!!!
