One of my sweet friends from college participates in a "tour of homes" for Christmas on her blog. I think it is a really cute idea and great way to "visit" your friends and families houses even if you cant be there in person. I encourage all of my friends and family to post some pics of your great decorations and I am doing the same. Hope you enjoy the tour:) I threw some in of the kiddos too. They have had fun helping me decorate and celebrate this year.

We Give Thanks

We are thankful for so many things this holiday season....our family's health, happy kids, fun new toys to play with, Julie being able to stay home, friends and of course our family. These are a few pics from Thanksgiving week and preparing for Christmas.

This is too cute not to post. Claire aquired a harmonica yesterday and has evidently mastered it already. Worthy is her biggest fan. Check out the video.

Happy Birthday to You!

We celebrated Worthy's first birthday on Saturday. We had a blast and Worthy was very excited! Thank you to all of the family for celebrating with us and for all of the fun and thoughtful gifts! Worthy was so cute eating his Big Bird cupcake. You never know if they will like them or not, but he was a big fan. He finished off the whole thing nicely. Hope you enjoy the slideshow as much as we enjoyed Worthy's big day.

Birthdays are in the air.....

We celebrated with cousin Hannah for her birthday on Saturday. Since the party was b/f the Bama game, we dressed Worthy up as Big Al for the occasion. We had fun at the party and Big Al looked adorable. Brad and I also went to the game in T-town. It was rather cold, but fun. It was a nice way for us to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. It is hard to believe how far we have come since our wedding day. It was special to celebrate it this year with Wiggle Worm. Mom and Dad got us a really nice mini cake and balloons. The cake was delicious and Worthy is loving playing with the balloons. We are also working on preparations for Worthy's big day. I have started putting out decorations and Claire has helped with the process. She is so excited about "Wordy's potty"....it is so cute. She wanted to look at the table decorations all day today.

Uh-Oh Baby Blues

I have been noticing lately how big and blue Worthy's eyes are. I got some good close up shots of them this week and wanted to share them. He is such a mess these days. He loves his play time and blocks are his new favorites! He still loves to chew on everything and as of lately, pull up on everything. He also learned to say uh-oh and started saying it very clearly this week. I got him on video yesterday. We are having fun preparing for the big party. Claire and I put the goodie bags together yesterday and the invites were mailed out. The leaves and weather have been gorgeous these past few weeks. We are hoping the sniffles leave us soon so we can spend more time outdoors. In the meantime, we are enjoying playing and working on some turkey crafts. I painted shirts with the kiddos out of their hand prints. They turned out pretty cute I must say. Hope all is well. Happy fall!!!
