Our Eventful Day

Not only did we witness a special milestone for Worthy today, but we also enjoyed the unseasonably warm weather. We spent a few hours at the zoo visiting our long lost "friends". We took Worthy's wagon that Emmie and Poppy gave him for his b'day. The kids had a great time as always.

Speechless

I am still in shock a little bit, so I don't have a very creative title, but Worthy is walking!!! He just stood up in his room and started walking all over the place like it was nothing. We were in the middle of a clothes change. I guess he felt freedom in being naked...lol! Enjoy the video. I wanted to post ASAP....more to come. Julie

Our Little Trooper

Our little guy had his first trip to the hospital today. We woke up at the crack of dawn to take Worthy to Children's to have tubes put in his ears. He was such a trooper! He couldnt eat or drink until we got back home and I was a little worried about that. He never even got upset and he did so well with all of the nurses and doctors. It killed me to give him over to the nurse to go back, but he did awesome! Here are a few pics from our day. We just layed low, rested, and read books. Mom was sweet to bring us a steak dinner tonight so we didnt have to get out. I am really thankful today for the people that take care of us in this world.

Smiles

I couldnt come up with a better name for this post, but that sums up my favorite times of the day...smiles. We have had so much fun the past few weeks just hanging out, laughing, playing and making each other laugh...thank God for sweet, innocent smiles. Hope these precious smiles are as contagious for you as they are for me each day!

Looks like our little guy has become a singer. Listen as he sings his new favorite song....Old McDonald Had a Farm. He has only mastered the chorus, but it is cute at that! He doesn't always include the "oh", but listen carefully and you may catch it.
